Breakfast is what makes this hotel standout as well as the location. Easy to get around via uber. Felt safe. Staff for the most part were helpful. No frills hotel. Clean. Did the job. Would be awesome if the water in the hot tub was warmer. After a day of walking/touring, even in 60 degrees some of us wanted a warm not cool soak.

The staff! From Arturo that helped us with our luggage, to Luis, our housekeeper, all the staff at Almara (Mario, Alberto), and the pool chic@s: Fernanda and Giovanni, the great girls at Mood - Sandra - and the great servers at the breakfast restaurant: Carlos/Angel, to the great personnel that checked us in and out (Itzel and Diego), we felt very pampered and spoiled. The food was amazing - specially at Almara - and the attention to detail was great! I would totally stay here again. The location is prime and we felt very safe.

24hr reception is great as we arrived at 1am and checked out at 3am. Having a rooftop pool is such a nice way to spend the warm afternoons and the staff were really attentive. Rooms were cleaned daily and water/ coffee pods replaced. Our coffee machine was not working and after speaking to the front desk they replaced it very fast. Great location in terms of walking to all the cool neighborhoods.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind—always going above and beyond to assist us. It was raining the entire time, and they wouldn’t let us step outside without offering umbrellas and ensuring we were taken care of. Room service was available 24/7, and every single person was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, with clean and comfortable sheets, making for a very restful stay, Concierge helped with restaurant reservations, which I recommend to do ahead of time especially if you are staying over the weekend. Bar located at the lobby prepares great margaritas. Gift shop has great selection of souvenirs and amazingly, at good price, not too different to what you would pay in artisanal markets. Location was also very good, safe neighborhood to walk at any hour, very centric and easy access to other neighborhoods, we moved around in Ubers and Taxis with no issues other than the heavy traffic that MX City is known for. This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Latin America. I can’t recommend it enough!

Felt like home from the get go. From Jaime and all the crew at reception to the spacious and quiet rooms and the amazing offer for breakfast, it was the perfect place to stay in CDMX. Room service was quick and amazingly good, and the pool facilities were great for unwinding at the end of the day. I loved it so much I cancelled the other hotel I was supposed to stay when returning to Mexico City and booked here again!

Clean and comfortable room. Room was tidied every day. New towels every day. Option to stream your Netflix or Spotify to the TV. Roomservice has good options. More than enough towels, free to use Rituals soap, shampoo and shower gel (replaced daily). Daily free good quality coffee and water. No bugs. Access to a well maintained gym, pool and bars. Breakfast is not cheap (20 EUR per person per day) but has more than enough options.

The location was the best part. The men at the door greated you daily, you also had daily housekeeping which was nice (I feel like that's a luxury nowadays....) with a bottle of water included. There's a Starbucks within the hotel which was nice as well.

Such a great location and it had everything needed for a good vacation. The staff were friendly and the service was wonderful.We went up on the roof for a beer one afternoon, but didn’t have a chance to swim (although the pool and hot tub looked lovely). We had a room next to the elevator bank and we’re worried that the dings from people calling the elevator would be bothersome, but it ended up not being an issue at all! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this hotel is good. The location is at city center. There are so many eating places nearby suiting for all taste buds. The hotel staff is professional, fixed my coffee machine early morning with just a phone call. The front desk is extremely helpful and is fluent in English. The gym is sufficient for needs. I enjoyed taking out food in top floor penthouse with family. The breakfast was amazing with choices of so many breads, cheese, customized omelette. Variety of juices early in morning at breakfast. The breakfast area was pleasurable to walk to see happy people cheering on coffee. One of the best hotel I have ever visited. The room was decent with decent wifi speed.
